Writers of the "Lost generation" jazz at the castle.

On the program :
- 2:30 pm : Guided tour of the temporary exhibition (in French, registration required, fee 2 €)
- 4:00 pm: Conference "The Americans in Chavaniac, shock of two universes", animated by Martin de Framond, former director of the Departmental Archives of the Haute-Loire (in French)
- 6:30 pm : musical aperitif by Swing Road
- 8:30 pm: reading of excerpts from texts by writers of the "Lost Generation": Hemingway, Gertrude Stein, F.S. Fitzgerald, accompanied by improvised jazzy music (Marie Aubert and Lionel Alès: actor-readers; Pierre Marcon: musician, in French)

In partnership with the festival "Lectures sous l’arbre" (Readings under the tree). Catering on the spot possible.

Theme: In the "spirit of Lafayette", thousands of children have come to be part of the history of the castle of Chavaniac-Lafayette in the 20th century. By Anna Philippon, a former teacher from Chavaniac, who has long been involved in preserving the memory of the Preventorium (in French).
